Sponsorship

                                                                         Sponsorship Opportunities

Please consider sponsoring one of the following Rey Center programs. Your support will enable us to continue to bring our high-quality programs in art, nature and science programs to the greater Waterville Valley Community.

Speaker Series
Our presenters are from all walks of life and are chosen in alignment with our mission of honoring the Reys’ spirit of curiosity and discovery.  This year-round program is held on Friday nights at 6:00pm
Full Year Sponsor                                            $2000 yr
Sponsor a Lecture                                          $100 per session
Staged Reading Series                                       $400 yr

Mary Bierbrier Community Gardens
2019 Garden Sponsor Chris and Len Bierbrier

Twelve community garden beds enable community members to plant and grow food, flowers and herbs. Yearly upkeep includes amending soil and maintaining structures.
Each year Waterville Elementary students plant, care for and have curriculum around a bed donated by the Rey Center.
Community Garden Sponsor                            $1000 yr
Adopt a Perennial Bed                                        $200 yr

Curious George Story Times
Children love Curious George and we love sharing the antics of this adorable monkey with children during story times held weekly in the Cottage and throughout Waterville Valley.
Staff and Materials                                        $2000 yr

Literary Discussion Group
An intellectual evening spent discussing poems, short stories and essays at the Curious George Cottage.
Sessions are held every Saturday at 4:30pm.
Staff and Materials                                   $1500 yr

Dark Sky Stargazing Nights
The Reys chose Waterville Valley as their summer home because they loved the dark night sky. These year-round, monthly stargazing nights enable visitors and locals to observe the stars just like H.A. Rey used to do. Volunteers from the New Hampshire Astronomical Society and our local volunteer, Al Larsson, set-up telescopes and guide viewing across the night sky.
Staff, materials and lodging                            $1500 yr

Visiting Artist
Support an artist program to bring visual, written or musical work into our community. While our two week Artist In Residence (AIR) annually supports an artist, we find there are often artists who have much to share with WV in a 2-3 day stay.
2-3 day Residency                                          $2000 yr
In-Kind Lodging Donation                            $900

Grant Writer
The Rey Center is funding by grants and donations. Sponsor a contracted grant writer to help us reach our annual funding goals.
10 hours of consulting and writing                        $1000
